We produce events, and we run the software that makes them work.
Koinon plans and runs conferences, leadership summits and corporate events across India, the UAE and Singapore — and builds the software that keeps them organised.
How we got here
Every organiser we met was running the same event on four different tools: a spreadsheet for delegates, an inbox for enquiries, a form builder for registration and a separate calendar for the calls that led to the booking. Nothing talked to anything else, and on the day, the check-in desk was a printed list.
So we built the thing we wanted. Events, membership, appointments and the writing that brings people in — one system, one set of records, one place to look when someone asks how many people are actually coming.
We use it ourselves for every event we produce, in India, the UAE and Singapore. When something is awkward on a Tuesday morning at a registration desk, we feel it too.
What we believe
Say the number early
Budget conversations get harder the longer they are deferred. We put a range on the table in the first call, before anyone has fallen in love with a venue.
The run sheet is the product
Everything an audience experiences is downstream of a document they will never see. We write ours properly.
Fair to the people doing the work
Vendors, crew and staff get scoped hours and paid terms. Events that run on unpaid overtime are not well-run events.
Hand the data back
Your attendees, your list, your recordings. Exportable, in a form you can actually use.
